Let me say it plainly: Most after-hours calls for Lennox GWM-IE boilers aren’t emergencies. They’re education gaps. In nine years of coordinating emergency service for a Lennox dealer, I’ve logged enough “no heat” calls to see a pattern. The boiler is usually fine. The system was trying to tell the owner something, and nobody was reading the message.

I don’t say this to blame homeowners. I say it because I’m the person who answers the phone at 2 a.m. I’d rather spend ten minutes explaining the basics than send a truck to flip a filter.
